Bakery Technologies Ltd., is an import, manufacturers, manufacturers’ representatives and product marketing company incorporated in Nigeria (RC 370400). It is registered by the corporate affairs commission of Nigeria to undertake the importation, consultancy, distribution, sales and marketing of bakery ingredients like Niacet-Probake ( Calcium propionate), Defatted soy flour (soya flour), Alphamalt Bxt (Improver), Topbake (Margarine), Nutrimdo (softner/emulsifier), and Nurmaya yeast (high sugar yeast), etc.

Our products and services are uniquely designed and packaged under a strong brand identity. As a result of our reputation for providing wide range of quality and scientifically tested bakery products and services to our numerous customers in Nigeria, we are able to attract sales from major bakeries and institutions like Queensmeal bakery Lagos, Grandsquare bakery Abuja, Sunset Bakery Asaba, Ogadinmma Bakery Nsukka and Womanbeing Free Trade Enterprise Kano (representing agency in charge of feeding the IDPs in North East Nigeria) among others.

The market for bread is one of high growth and competition, therefore bread texture, consistency, softness/freshness and shelf life have become major determinant used in building confidence and goodwill amongst the customers. Our vision is to work with quality minded bakers to improve the baking process by providing the best baking mixture available in Nigeria
GOAL
BY 2019, Bakery Technologies Ltd., will develop new line of products and also expand its existing share of the market for bakery ingredients. We expect voluntary organizations or government to incorporate the use of our defatted soy flour (focusing on value added soy products) into the programme for school children and other protein deficient population in some states of Nigeria to improve their nutrition and health status.
